The past passive: Eg: Traditionally, it was frequently worn by both men and women. Form: S + was/were + Vpp b. The present perfect: Eg: They have added these patterns to the Ao dai Form : S + have/has + Vpp *Question: a. Who usually wears Ao dai nowadays? What about in the past? What are the differences between traditional Ao dai and modern one? Practice: Listening to the tape (Students listen to the tape, pointing at the reading in the textbook−word by word) Students practice reading the text silently to get information about Ao dai. a. Complete the sentences. Use the information from the passage. - Students read the text again and complete sentences (P.14). - Students compare with their partner. Give feedback and correct * Keys: 1.
