New lesson: Activity 1: Warm - up: - T asks Ss to retell the grammar of Unit 10 Activity 2: Acquire new skills and knowledge. * Modal verbs: May and Might - T makes examples and reviews the form. Ex: It may be a book or it might be a game. -> Form: S + may/might + V (infi) . * Conditional sentences type 1 - T makes example and gives the form Ex: If Ba forgets his lunch, he’ll be hungry at lunch time. -> Form: If + present simple tense, S+ will/can/may+ V (inf) * Conditional sentences type 2 - T makes examples and gives form Ex: Ba is not rich so he can’t travel around the world. => If Ba were rich, he would travel around the world. -> Form: If + past tenses, S + would/could/might + V (infi) Activity 3: Practice Exercise 1: Work with a partner. Use may or might and talk about Andy’s presents. - T asks Ss to work in pairs - T calls on some Ss to check and give correct answers: b. It may a box of crayons or It might be a box of paints. c.
