Procedures Warm up: Listen and draw - T describes a house and asks Ss to listen and draw - T collects some pictures to check - T gives remarks . I. Pre- reading Pre-questions (group work) - Ask Ss to look at the pictures and answer the questions in part 1(page 44) - Note the answers on the board II. While- reading: 1. Knowledge: - Listen to get information about dream houses. - Write about a dream house (type/ location, surroundings, rooms, ) - Using the lexical items related to types of the houses and appliances. 2. Competence: Communication, co-operation, self-learning capacity, creative capacity 3. Quality: studious, responsible and honest. 4. Skills: Listening and writing. 5. Grammar points: use 'will+V' and 'might+V'. B. TEACHING AIDS: Textbook, posters, pictures, projector, loudspeaker. C. PROCEDURES Warm up: Revision - T asks Ss to remember the future house they have learnt about in lesson 5 Key Type of house: Villa Location: On the ocean Surroundings: Trees, blue sea, a garden, a swimming pool Appliances in the room: Robots, super smart TV - Give remarks and marks. I. Pre- listening Describing the pictures. (pair work) - T has Ss look at these picture carefully and try to give the details of each house: Type of house, location, surroundings.
