Activity 1. Warm up

- Introduce the new lesson
Activity 2. New form of knowledge skills
B2. Listen and read. Then answer the questions
- T asks ss to look at the exercise and explains the request of the exercise
- T asks: What do you have for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner?

- T reads the text again and ss listen and repeat

a. Eating sugar in moderate amounts can give us energy and make you feel less hungry.
b. Balanced diet means you eat a variety of food without eating too much of enything.
c. Balanced diet alone enough for a healthy lifestyle.
