 - Positive about their lesson.
 - Students know how to learn English.

- T shows some pictures and chats with ss about their pastimes and sports.
- Introduce the new lesson.

A1. Listen and read
- T presents new words
- Ss look at the pictures and guess the meaning of the words
skip (v): nhảy dây	 
badminton (n): cầu lông	 
jog (v): đi bộ thể dục	
aerobics (n): thể dục nhịp điệu 
table tennis (n): bóng bàn 
- T reads, ss repeat.
- T shows the pictures of A1, plays the disks
- Ss listen and repeat.
* Grammar
- T helps ss to review: Present ccongressive tense.
	What is he doing? He is swimming.
	What is she/he doing?=> She/ he is......
	What are they doing?=> They are........
Activity 3. Practice
- Ss read the sentences individually.
- T calls some ss to read aloud.
- T corrects.
A2. Ask and answer
- Ss work in pairs to practice: ask and answer with picture a, b, d
- T calls some pairs to check.
- T corrects.
a. What is he doing? - He’s swimming.
b. What are they doing? - They are playing badminton. 
d. What is she doing? - She’s skipping. 
Activity 4. Further practice 
	Complete the sentences with the correct verb forms.
a. She (cook) ............................the dinner now. 
b. I ( play)......................volleyball at the moment.
c. We ( watch).................T.V at present. 
d. They ( walk) ...............to school now.
	Activity 5. Expanding
	Remind all main points for ss. to remember and practice at home.
V. HOMEWORK 
- Learn by heart new words and structures.
- Prepare new lesson: C1- 3.
