Knowledge : After the lesson, Ss will be able to say the numbers from 1 to 20 in English and ask and answer about their age. * Vocabulary: Numbers (from 1 to 20) * Grammar: Revision 2. Skills: Speaking skill 3. Attitudes: - Positive about their lesson. - Students know how to learn English. - Ss are interested in doing exercises. 4. Competence a. General capacity: self – study, communicative and collaborative, and problem solving ability. b. Specilized capacity: language capability II. PREPARATION 1. Teacher’s: lesson plan, text book, pictures 2. Students’: text book, note book III. METHODS, TECHNIQUES 1. Methods: Communicative approach, group Ss and T’s activities, teaching methods with game, teaching methods by practising. 2. Techniques: Eleciting, group work, pair work, individual work IV. PROCEDURE 1. Organization - Greetings. - Who’s absent today? 2. Check the old lesson Call two Ss to make a complete dialogue with situation given. 3. New lesson * Warm-up: Give situation in which Ss have to practice with these expressions: Good morning Good night Good afternoon Good bye Good evening How are you? C1: Listen and repeat: Introduction: Introduce the lesson. Presentation: T opens the tape once time.T gives the new words Students read the new words. T opens the tape some times Present the tasks. Show Ss the numbers written on the sub-board. Practice: Play the tape For Ss to listen throught the numbers spoken in English. Play once again and ask Ss to repeat after. Help Ss say the numbers aloud. C2: Practice: Ask Ss to practice saying the numbers on their own. Call some Ss to practice saying aloud. Give some remarks. Ask some good Ss to say aloud again. Students read from 1 to 20 and from 20 to1 Slap the board Further practice T call students read from 1 to 20 and from 20 to 1 Ss play game slap the board. IV. CONSOLIDATION - Remind Ss the way to say the numbers in English. - Call some more pairs to ask and answer the age. V.
